HR management harasses their colleagues and junior employees so much, how would they do the justice with other employees and departments. Hiring process is biased and a total waste of time. Whether internal promotions or hiring, it feels more of corruption and politics than evaluating on qualifications. Less project due to that be ready to spoil your skill set. I find lots of PPL working on other tech stack like java dev person has been forced to work on .net c# or any other tech stack.staffing is and management is bad ..they don't have any proper management skill set .only they care about the client billing and nothing else.
