I APPEARED FOR THEIR INTERVIEW AND MY 3 ROUNDS SPANNED ACROSS 3 MONTHS , YES IT TOOK 3 MONTHS FOR THEM TO COMPLETE 3 ROUNDS BECAUSE THE HR LADY KEPT ON BEFOOLING ME GIVING excuses like panl is not available ..medical emergency at panel family...blah blah ...basically all sorts of silly excuses. And then when I cleared all 3 rounds - I asked them what next. HR lady told me we have hired someone else , as your notice period was too high. MAY GOD PLS THROW SUCH HRs to HELL who waste candidates time energy and efforts and lastly give such silly excuses and disappear, despite the fact I had notice of 15 days only...Read More

Hiring process is biased and a total waste of time. Whether internal promotions or hiring, it feels more of corruption and politics than evaluating on qualifications. Working culture is not very good. Work life balance is not in their dictionary. They proudly ask people to be available on weekends. Staffing team was so rude , if you don’t have any project for 10 days then they did not consider you as human . Very toxic staffing team . They share team chat in the mail if you reply 10 mins late .
