Less project due to that be ready to spoil your skill set. I find lots of PPL working on other tech stack like java dev person has been forced to work on .net c# or any other tech stack.staffing is and management is bad ..they don't have any proper management skill set .only they care about the client billing and nothing else.

Bad management.staffing and most of the person in mangent side they drive their own perception bcz they are associated with company for longer period so they ruled here despite having poor knowledge and HR is supporting then blidly their decesion. think before joing this company.

As usual nothing, but offering remote work is like a good power, offered to those who are in this company from long time. not for new joiner faced this and due to this have to left it earlier, which was painful and draining. Because the lady manager puts every struggle of herself and tried to convinced me more for office work whichI couldn't make it because of small kids. And then she decided to not continue with me. I can understand that there are needs of clients and for that I convinced her that I can come twice of every month for both fixed days as it was hybrid like (2 days wfo). but sometimes it just happened because of "me factor". Hiring process is biased and a total waste of time. Whether internal promotions or hiring, it feels more of corruption and politics than evaluating on qualifications. After days of working on the assignment and multiple rounds, they simply ghost with no feedback whereas promotions have been made impossible. Internal politics and not looking at the deserving candidates for promotion. People who speak louder about themselves get more visibility and get promoted.

Working culture is not very good. Work life balance is not in their dictionary. They proudly ask people to be available on weekends. Currently grappling with financial crunch so no parties, no outing, no travel. No increment for majority of employees since 2 years. No full bonus to managers and above. Enforcing WFO.

Staffing team was so rude , if you don’t have any project for 10 days then they did not consider you as human . Very toxic staffing team . They share team chat in the mail if you reply 10 mins late . Leadership is least bothered about what is happening at account/projects. They mean only profit margins. People are least priority. There is no org work culture as such, we have to just follow the culture of managers and leadership people. HRs are just for namesake :(
