Since it works for psychology and writing, the field itself is exciting. Nothing else is workable.

Dislikes

The management of company is pathetic. No overtime, no convience for late night overtime. Not even for single month, you ll get complete payment. They cut salaries like anything over anything. Demotivational atmosphere, poor learning and the ultimate bossy attitude spoils the work culture. Even if you are late for 5 min, half day salary is cut. No paid leave provided, no sick leave provided. High value judgement over clothes, remarks on wearing sleeveless. No breaks are allowed apart from a recess kind lunch. Mobile phones are to be submitted at the start of day and only once you are done with shift, you can take it back. Extremely rubbish work culture in the name of discipline.
