you get salary on time. you get your chance. best location.

Dislikes

politics... no work and personal life balance. They will ask you to arrive before office time and you cant leave on time even then. No overtime payments. None of saturdays off or half day

Nothing is appreciable here.

Dislikes

There is no work security here, while the Training period is of 3 months here you'll be promoted after 6 months. The work hours are generally 7 works but they make you do 10 Hours a day. There's no personal life left when you work there. Being an unemployed is better than working here.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
