Nothing is appreciable here.

Dislikes

There is no work security here, while the Training period is of 3 months here you'll be promoted after 6 months. The work hours are generally 7 works but they make you do 10 Hours a day. There's no personal life left when you work there. Being an unemployed is better than working here.

I struggled a lot in the beginning as there was no formal training session and even after many years I was still struggling. Terrible journey so far

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
