Overall company and its structure. Useless top management. Can't invest in tools to support clients and expect Mount Everest in gold. Shared unreasonable targets. Do not allow Lunch to employees on time. Mental harassment. One thing if you're targets are met you might be the king but if not the place is lovely hell
