Senior management only supports female candidates. If you are a man, you will become a useless commodity. They are using you and throwing you in the dustbin. If you are a woman in this company you can commit fraud and also you can violate the audit. This is because ZH, AM and TM help female candidates. With the support of senior management, female candidates are promoted from lower ranks to branch heads in as little as 1.5 years. Look at the possibility of female candidates. Northeast senior management promotes illicit relationships in the organisation. I have many more examples but I cannot explain on them. From ZH to TM, everyone is courting female ground staff with promotion lollipops. Many male candidates got torches from senior management and if you are female all you have to do is call or text senior management at night, you will be free of any torches or audit issues. ZH and AM are the original HR, and HR is just a figure dancing in front of JH and AM. I'm talking about my territory, please don't bring it up as another territory. Nothing really. Everything depends on your boss's temper. You have to keep him / her happy. If a single thing you utter goes against them, they will ruin your career. Thats medeival time rule here

They put me in support, though being from elite college and when i tried being in dev team after taking follow ups for 8 months for what they had promised, they put me on compliance work as RBI audit was coming, They had done sphagetti work since 4 years in it and they were just trying to be out of it anyway so that their utterly wrong work is not highlighted when anyone asks. Also When it was told to them to solve a issue, they deliberately wrote mischievious code. No person with 10 years of exp. in the same company does that. It ruined my career...Read More

Salary timing is good every month end it's credited. Thare is no photo punching in IIFL.

1.Heavy workload. 2. Mount Everest targets that's not easy to achieve. 3. Conference call in every gold release. 4. No one properly maintain dress code. 5. Full of politics in branch level. 6. Gossips 7. No salary increment every year. Only tm special people only get salary increment high others get bottom of the bottom . 8. No respect for staff. 9. No petrol allowance the bike is used for family purposes also. 10. TM using bike for family childrens also 11. Going outside branch purpose is our money only . 12. Grill gate most irritating. 13.
