Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. It charges amount for providing virtual internship. It's virtual internship scheme is the worst,The projects the suggest to interns are outdated and not useful to anyone. But still mostly students do those useless projects and do pay them some amount as fees so they can the certificate and place it in their resume. IT'S A BIG SCAM
