I regret to say that my time at Proctur Eduspace has been disappointing, both in terms of compensation and management. The salary offered was far below industry standards, making it difficult to stay motivated or feel valued as an employee. Despite the company's claims, there was no rea l room for growth or improvement in compensation, and the work-life balance was poor. The management, particularly Vikas Gulati, was a major disappointment.
