Company give more importance to qulality of materials and it reflects in their growth.I learned how to dominate in market while competition is more.l was very comfortable with seniors , team mates and with workers.it was almost like a family and really succeded in our work.

Even though their growth is good ,my salary was too low to meet my needs.

Work Details

it was interesting initially .I entered in the company as a marketing staff and within in a month started to visit the work sites .when i studied the market they put me as site suoervisor and between that i should do marketing.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
