Nothing, there is no work culture, Founder is uneducated they don't even know how to talk. Haven't received my salary from past few months and now they are making excuses. They don't have money to pay salaries but still they are hiring employees and asking them to leave in the name of u nsatisfactory work after 1 month so that they don't need to pay salary after this excuse. Founder Sachin Gupta, Ankit Rastogi and HR Jaya are big time fraud. Most of the people have left the company because of this sad culture and financial crisis. Would suggest people do not join here at any cost guys, you will ruin your career....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
