company as a entity is good .most of the colleagues come from various countries.we can see various food items.

Dislikes

the system prevelant is really conventional.no seperate HR they are not concerned about oman Labour rules .they rely on bribary by PRO and get things done.no rules .even fiday staff had to work

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
