The company and my managers are top notch and I'm a guy who is very nervous but the time i gave my interview & the interviewer made me so comfortable and after that my WFM Manager played a important role in training me and getting me placed and also giving multi feedback so that i come to know where am i going wrong and also he is a very positive person and keeps the environment health and happy all the time which makes me feels better and honest I'm proud to be a part of Pretium family. also i highly recommend this company...Read More

good place to work , we have very good work environment, we have have Transport facility around Bangalore & we have team engagement activities like Cricket ,table tennis & cultural activities . Supportive WFM Manager, leads team with his smile & positive attitude , help's to manage work life balance . Good Sr. Manager who backs new Idea of development of employee's .

Would like to have Gym & Live Learning Sessions. Smoking zone is too far.

HR department has promised Hybrid option, Still asks to come office and work every week days. I was carrying an offer from other Company before coming to Pretium, One of the main reason to ignore the offer from that company was the work culture that Pretium has promised and it goes in vein. This has to be clarified and sorted.

I want to give honest review about the company. I regret for joining this company. Every department you work in this company there atleast you should be pet or puppy to TL nd AM or senior manager. If not no job security.

Worst work culture. Always biased nd there is nothing so called merit or performance based review. People get double promotion within year. Nd people on other side suffer job security

I recently started working at Pretium, and I really enjoy it here. Initially, I was concerned about the work culture of the new organization, but everyone on our team, especially my reporting Manager, has been fantastic so overall it's a GREAT PLACE TO WORK :)

It has been an amazing journey with Pretium. Especially, would want to highlight regarding the work culture in here has been the best of my career so far. I've got an opportunity to explore my career path in such short span of time with the help of my manager, Asst. Manager of WFM. Apart from that, he has been leading the team with a great connect with all of us. Due to which the team has been able to connect and cope up with ease.
