Managers are the key role of this institution. Mostly they appoint their relatives in many positions. No one is monitoring the Manager, so he does what he likes. The most interesting fact is that managers are priests. One manager implements some modifications in the college but if there comes another manager, he refuses the Polishness of the previous manager and does other modifications as his own. Teachers have no voice in the curriculum, all are decided by the manager....Read More
