Salary on time,and alok sir and dubai team are very hardworking and nice people.

Near boss(country heads) they play very bad politics and only promote there family members and all hard workers stress are given to outsider, no promotion, no leave,no rest,more mental torture, how far we try to avoid there bad behavior still they keep poking and stressing. All good work credit they take done by us and mistakes madeby them throw it on us.after 3 yr when i got sick and it was serious and i ask for urgent home visit for better treatment they send me back holded my salary and perk by saying we adjust it with your traveling expenses. And never got back my job....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
