In the office, I’ve observed a lack of respect and collaboration among employees. When a senior requests reports, it is often met with indifference, and even the owner seems disengaged from the situation. Additionally, there appears to be a relaxed attitude towards accountability, with some employees acting as though they are doing a favor by fulfilling their responsibilities.
