I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me

I am happy to be a part of this company & also of a team to make business from the client with new ideas & strategies. The company always give priority to clients & to the employees also. My colleagues are so easy to understand to me & my ideas & I feel good to work with them.

Dislikes

Company growth is slow & work pressure is very high. I have to work 70 to 80 hrs in a week. My seniors don't value my unique strength & working hours while I have did work with my seniors in late night. I am also not satisfied with my salary provided by the company. So it make me pain some time.

Work Details

I am speaking generally that my work is challenging as I have to look after the products marketing as well as manage the business day to day. As long as I get to work closely with the client. It will be great learning experience in this company.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
