Career growth is slow not arrangement of cafeteria staff meals not good

Work Details

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team .

It's a unique concept that has came to market and people are getting crazy about this place before it has been officially opened . The food menu is very much diverse from what one will get in today's market and will happily full fill your appetite and worth spending money .

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
