Work culture is very different to other IT companies. We are not affected by lockdown as we are provided with Laptops for all employees and have the option to WFH already before itself

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
