Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.

Likes

Self development and career exposure on various units and departments of banking. Learning development was part of it too.

Dislikes

Career progression was a bit slow and many times, I was carrying out two jobs at the same time. Work life was not actually balanced.

Was on the average but not balqmced with the social life. It is very tedious. Most times it is 7days work.
