Only experience person should work in this company, there expectations are much higher from a fresher.

Dislikes

They never include you in meetings, untill they are not sure you can work with them, and match their expectation level. Should not ask doubts to your guide, if you ask they say you ask too much and yield on you. Your communication with the team will be zero, because they never talk to you. And they will not inform you that they are terminating you, they will just snatch the access of the repos, and behave like nothing happened. I am sharing my experience so that, any fresher who wants to join would be aware about it....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
