Team Outings, Snacks breaks, people use to help while growing. Collaborated work culture which is very good for peaceful relationship between Developers, Devops & Testers. Flexible timings. You can learn a lot as the company is growing and helping employees.

Dislikes

1. No job security, 2. No work life balance, 2. Especially utter waste for Married couples as the company will ruin your personal work life balance. 3. No Appreciation for completion of any work, they just drive the whole company like working like hell and die. 4. They don't care about yourself and they just want you to work tillyou die. 5. No proper leaves & no planning of work based on the employee needs. 6. HR activities and Rules will be designed for Cornering employee and they don't support for the benifits of the employee. 7. You will get BP, Back Pain, mental health issues, High stress, Sleep disorders after working in this company. 8. No planning, No proper Sprint planning, Always production issues will be there, No proper Stories, no proper requirements, Mainly No proper Management team & no proper leadership team....Read More
