Instead of attending to crucial business matters, the CEO often prioritizes gossip and personal information, resembling more an 'aunty of the mohalla' than a business leader. **Work Environment and Culture**: The work environment is rife with politics, making it challenging to focus on professional growth and development. Employees are often subjected to unnecessary scrutiny and gossip, which creates a toxic atmosphere detrimental to productivity and morale. **Salary and Financial Transparency**: One of the most concerning aspects of my employment was the lack of transparency and fairness when it came to salary and appraisals. Despite consistent hard work and dedication, I was met with excuses about company losses and remarks like "Salary kha se du, paisa nahi hai." Moreover, there were instances where my salary was delayed by up to 15 days without any prior notice or explanation, causing financial strain and uncertainty. **Professional Growth and Learning Opportunities**: There is a glaring absence of learning opportunities, ethical standards, and career progression at Planet of Toys.
