Likes

Great place to learn and develop. Company policies are good and appraisals are very fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management address issues based on the people suffered (partiality). On the job training is not properly given to new trainees.

Work Details

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to work on multiple projects and that helped me to know more about the details of my job role.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
