Nothing All staff and the CEO is too cheap. They don't care about students' future, Students' money. They just took students' complete fees at one time than, they nothing teach. Also, this company not provide any advantage to the employee, No increments, No advantage, No insurance, No leaves, No respects. They used Pirated Softwares at Academy. without a license version.

Everything, If you don't trust me than you can be asked any student or staff.

Work Details

I joined here for teaching students. But after joining they giving me lots of work, This is not just an academy. They took freelance work. and take help from the students for works. this academy spoils my three years.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
