There is nothing to like about this company, they all are just money minded people. No career growth is there in this company.

Dislikes

Poor Management, there is only one person this company hired for management and he’s ruining everyone’s life. Cofounders are partial, and not just partial, they are a part of every plan and politics happens in the organisation. I’m doubtful if they only execute the political plans.

Dislikes

Toxicity, work pressure, they want us to work 24*7 with the lowest salary package. Leaves- forget it People- snakes Worst location

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
