I initially thought the CEO is very cool and understanding as he take cares of every individual but he is doing all of these for his own benefit and manipulates every Artist thinking of the same. Finance head is another headache in the company where she acts bossy and questions everything without knowing anything.

What is there to like in this company? The CEO & Finance head manipulates you in every way possible, the so called Managers talk sweet to you just to drain your life and get work out of you, there is no work timings at all and work life balance is a joke here. There are few old Artists in the company who tried to leave the company but since the company is so manipulative that they are unable to quit and have become used to the company sacrificing personal lives.
