I like the culture and the support from management. We get salary hike every year.

I don't see career growth here. We get only two days off in a month which is not sufficient.

Working with PINNACLE PROJECTS is quite interesting, It has been three years working here so I am familiar with everyone and it gives me benefit. I learnt all construction related works and terms in this company and played different different roles.

Compensation is decent, but growth is fast. the work pressure is very high. Sometimes,i have to work 14-18 hours straight In a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night
