I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. The work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night
