There is nothing I would say that my Daughter liked about this Job! She had WFH for a month which where she was said to create PowerPoints! There are lot of things which I personally felt my daughter was caught up in an organisation which doesn’t care about the employee. Since the company was wfh they called my daughter all of a sudden to the office as it was opening day which was not mentioned to my daughter earlier and she ordered biriyani from outside. She was not allowed to eat inside the office premises since they have done pooja in the office. I don’t know why these kind of traditions are still being followed if you really want a person work for you make sure you have ensured all these rules and regulations. SM decides the target for sales but she won't do any work but will take credit for all your work. it's consist of only two permanent members..and the owner Karthik will not bother or care about any new employees..you will be treated badly ..after 6 months SM will throw you out to retain her position in that office.. better don't waste your time..
