Medical checkup did by company Tata Steel. 2. Covid19 PPEs providing to everyone workers. 3. Maintaining social distance among workers. 4. Breakfast providing in Cartoonin place of plate. 5. Nose mask need compulsory in plant. 6. Time to time coronavirus checked. 7. Followed instructions during Lockdown. etc provided....Read More

There are following disadvantage of PINALY POWER- 1. Full payment of salery in every month does not paid. 2. Leave wedges, O.T., Bonus not giving clearly. 3. PF balance does not deposit properly. 4. Over time payment for supervisor does not pay.
