The company is opening offices in Tier-2 cities which is a good option. Culture is good, staff is supportive. Main Leadership tries to solve the issues of the staff.

Dislikes

Compensation is average. Criteria for promotion is not appropriate. Expectation is to work like HR instead of Auditor so as to get the promotion. You need not to know the deep concepts of audit, just do routine jobs (30-40%) and do HR stuff (60-70%) and yehh, you are promoted. Oversmart Locational Managers try to govern the office as per their own mindset instead of following the firm wide policies.
