QA Intership, got certificate but everything they say is fake and lie.

Everything. I had Intership for QA. They would say on performance candidate would get selected for further interview round for job and for stipend which is biggest lie. No matter if you have Given DOUBLE the work they asked for they would not even consider you for even 5k stipend they have poor budget or no budget.Over 100 interns they select but doesn't have budget to pay. Basically it's non paid internship. Poor management and leadership. Delay allocation of tasks from team is blamed on interns, bcoz interns have filled some google forms wrong?! Is there any sence on it? How can someone fills his own wrong email id when only communication is done via emailing? They would say performance scores would get displayed on portal but in end they would say scores would not be displayed would checking was " not biased" . Someone who has experience for not only manual but automation too they would not select the person? Or minimum not considered for stipend of 5k? I ask what more do they want from an intern? Certificate don't help people are able to create fake experience what an internship certificate would do? Task has no logical sence, interns had to test one app on 10 different devices with 10 different mobile numbers. Company would not provide it at all. You need to use OTP too. They are providing recorded session instead of online.

I recently completed an online internship at PHN Technology in Machine Learning and Data Science with Python. I had a great experience and the company provided supportive work environment for growing and learning.

I did not face any problem during the online internship.

Internships provide a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a specific field. Also I have gain multiple knowledge and skills and They give us chance to work on diffterent tasks, contribute to the organization and develop deeper understanding of your choosen field.

I had not found any drawbacks while working with phn technology.

I had a very good learning experience from the tasks that has been given to us as an intern. Also they provide video lectures for our better understanding so that was really helpful for me.

Nothing to be disliked about the internship. Everything was a good learning and working experience.
