Likes

It had a great friendly environment. Teammates at philocaly were very helpful and supportive. Also your senior will guide you in very positive manner. Altogether it is great to work for philocaly during your initial year of career.

Dislikes

I don't dislike anything about philocaly bit their is one concern that while working their you have extend the working hours quite Oftently.

Work Details

The job was guite interesting. During the starting of my job i struggle a lit bit understanding the work culture at philocaly but later I got a grip on everything. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get taste of different roles.

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
