0. MBA Freshers Strictly stay away from this job and company. There is no strict timings, you need to work 24*7 as an owner. They will make your life miserable. 1. Need to work on Sundays also over phones and making reports, you will continue to get many phone calls on Sundays from different stakeholders. This is like a 24*7 ownershi p job. 2. You will be a part of 15 to 20 WhatsApp groups and manage it. 3. No Vision & Proper Direction for Management. 4. Your efforts are not valued, Only need the targets numbers to be delivered. 5. No timing Discipline, they conduct teams meetings at night 9pm to 11 pm also. 6. Starts your day at 10 AM and it goes till night 11PM. though you get flexible times and it is not worth it. 7. You will realize you are a slave to this company from the August month to January season. 8. They will fire almost 50 percent of third party bottom staff after the season. 9.
