No culture for working people, only sycophants can work here who say yes sir ji sir to top management. no reward for performance. no growth here for existing performer employees. they take managers from outside the company of their old friends and colleagues, who come here and blabber random sales knowledge. Managers themselves don't know how to get things done. they do not have capability. just joined because of their relationship of senior management people. quality of products is deteriorating day by day. pricing is never maintained and you'll always find products on online platforms cheaper than the trade partners rate. they have started harassing employees and leave the people without even serving notice period.
