Only thing I like about my tenure with Right4Paws is working around pets and the product is amazing. Hats off to Dhanu Roy sir, he is really brilliant, a plethora of knowledge on dog health and food habits, he is the only reason for me to join the company. I must say again that the product they have is a clear shot winner, no doubt about it. Learnt a lot about dog food and their palatability.

Dislikes

Other people in the company are cunning, clever and lacks knowledge too, founders wearing expensive dresses holding top end phones and cars and giving salary as peanuts to employees. Forget about work life balance, they want you to work on weekends which is mandatory, 8 to 9 hours a day travelling is a must and that too everyday. Imagine once you get home what energy will you be left with to do anything else in your life? Too much of target pressure. 6 days working a week? like really? for a dog food industry how important it is for employees to work 6 days a week? Only advice to the management for growing the business is to focus more on branding as you have a great product. Only few sales guy running on the streets won't make your brand famous....Read More
