Frankly speaking while joining ...initial the firm was really the best working place but with the change in the Top management levels .The firm has gone for toss. The top mgt cherry pick their own folks and give them better appracial rating and better compensation . Management looks rest of the associates useless and throw biased behavior.

The current top mgt are insane humans. They wud easily target folks whom they don't want and throw people out.
