Perona is a premium brand which is more like a family run business by a husband and a wife. The company is really not secure to work in as the owner is of the company is really creep and he prefers to have women in the team. Also, the brand has been sued several times because of copying the design of other brands. Secondly, there isno HR in the company and they don't share anything on email like salary slips or offer letter or any work related thing as well. In addition, company doesn't provide any sick or casual leaves to their employees. Lastly, several times our phone got hacked and our pictures and other personal stuff was leaked and shared by the other employees. This happened with many employees including me. The company doesn't pay to their employees as per their pay structure as they deduct a lot of sum saying there will be training and other few stuff.
