Certification vouchers are not provided upfront; employees are required to pay for exams themselves and seek for reimbursement later(if applicable). They need to think about the skill development of employees beyond the project specific need. Also while giving appraisal or promotion check the performance of employees they are like giving same appraisal at entry level to all employees whether the person is working on top notch or on bench.

Terrible. QA department is better than other departments.

Toxic work environment especially data solutions team. The manager is the worst. Manager prioritize favoritism Managers lack the necessary technical knowledge but still assess team members' capabilities, causing frustration. Overall these issues contribute to a negative work environment, making the team and company difficult to work with effectively.

Layoff layoff. They will say your performance is not good put you in a very bad zone where they will treat you like you have no knowledge whereas I was best performaning candidate. They will demotivate you from every angle and put you in a PIP zone. I know it is okay if the company is not profitable then need to layoff but they are not worrying about employees immediately termination happens. Reporting structure and performance evaluation method. No continuous assessment provision, no planning of setting up objectives and key result or KRA atleast. Higher management appears to be having no control on observation for the feedback submitted by reporting managers.
