Reporting structure and performance evaluation method. No continuous assessment provision, no planning of setting up objectives and key result or KRA atleast. Higher management appears to be having no control on observation for the feedback submitted by reporting managers.

Rating doesn't affect the increment it is given after every year completion 10%. Bad HR policies and no one is ready to hear if you face any issue. Less projects and so HR forces to resign indirectly.

Very supportive people and team.

Dislikes

Company doesn't have project so company laying off peoples. It doesn't have long term projects. It is working on CMS framework only. It force people to switch on CMS technology without asking them. Work culture is bad. Also they do very partiality in giving promotions and giving projects despite of hard work. Also seniors are not so professional and bad behaving.
