Lead Technical Consultant - Angular

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership:
  
• Lead and mentor a team of Angular developers, providing technical guidance and leadership.
• Manage the technical direction and design of Angular applications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Development:
• Build and maintain complex, data-driven Angular applications.
• Develop reusable, modular components that can be shared across applications.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and other services into the Angular application.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Collaboration:
• Work closely with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features and improvements.
• Ensure the development team adheres to project timelines and milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

• Quality Assurance:
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality of the application.
• Monitor application performance and implement optimizations.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA or customers.

• Documentation:
• Maintain technical documentation for the front-end codebase.
• Create clear, concise, and accurate design and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Strong experience with Angular (latest versions), including modules, components, services, directives, and pipes.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, NPM, and Angular CLI.
• Familiarity with state management in Angular using libraries such as NgRx or RxJS.
• Understanding of RESTful services and integration of APIs.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest.
• Knowledge of modern front-end libraries and frameworks (React, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and front-end performance optimization techniques.
• Leadership & Soft Skills:
  
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Experience:
  
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on Angular.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or senior technical role.
• Experience in a product-driven or fast-paced development environment.
