Very bad experience working at perfect Robotics. Zero management, No job security, No work life balance, payment issue, overload, No opportunity. If you are freshers and don't have any job then u can join here for experience but don't expect so much, Here only you have to do only work with no human values. They will give you lot ofwork even they told you duty will be only 10 hours but actually duty will be 14-16 hours also Sunday off will convert into Working day. Here big issue is payment. They will not give your payment on time. Sometime it may be 2-3 month late. Also when you want to quit they will not give your last month payment. Its world records... So if you're ready to join then best of luck......Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
