Dislikes

Worst company, no work life balance for employees, they sign 2 years bond for freshers. Freshers please don't join this company. Some management peoples are not helpful. They also don't give KT for project, project will directly assign to you. Worst Manager - She is fully arrogant and rude person. She don't have knowledge how to talk with our team mates and company employees. She directly assigns the work to you and tells you that I want this work done by EOD. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
