Work culture is good. In 21st Century there's no job security,if you work, you are the winner,if don't then you know. Company policies,will rate 2, cause they should mention policies in offer letter,or share a company policy brochure. Management,is not that much good. Things are all good over there. Not hates, nothing. Lots of love for them, and that was the first sales base job for me, I tried my best, and they supposed me at extream. My TL was Suraj, and probably,the best TL throughout my life. Rather,everyone is supportive. But the manager has 0 management skill i'm really sorry from the bottom of my heart. All the TLs of the company have better management skill than the manager. Will not take any name.
