Job Security: good Work Culture: Excellent Management: Team management differs from team to team. considering salary dividing into different sections (house rent, medical, transport, tax cut, etc.) is not good for me right now, but in the future, it may be fine enough. Company Politics: In general, there exists some level (maybe zero) of politics in almost every company. So, Pathao may also, but I did not face such any yet that hurts me. Facilities: Transportation, employee promo usage through Pathao App, medical insurance, meal allowance, etc....Read More

Teammates: It is my luck that I got good teammates. But it is true that the team has to fix, rewrite, and restructure its internals. Salary/appraisal: In my case, I don't like it. I can't say that it is true for all. Work environment: I would say to improve cross-team communication.
