I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I am working as a planning and quality control engineer under of reliance industry limited jamnagar Gujrat . I have to look after the entire product and distribute work to the all the work as per skill and ability Prepare daily DPR for the production

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
