from my point of view it is the best place to work is not because i have to work, PARAM GOLD is best place to work who are dreaming a better future and financial freedom staff management is good , but it is totally in your hand how you are working and bothering of others

I AM WORKING IN PARAMGOLD SINCE FROM JANUARY 2022, MY WORK IS TO MANAGE ACCOUNTS ,CUSTOMER DATA AND BILLING. MY WORK IS TO HELP EXPANDING BUSINESS ONLINE

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
