The senior managerial team almost always made sure that recruiters were trained enough to be assigned targets and set feasible goals. The overall structure of the whole recruiting process was well laid out, but largely time-consuming. I had the opportunity of working with some really great colleagues as well. Dislikes

One thing I'd definitely mention is the stupid/useless observance of the flow check list. Another thing which could be amended on effective levels is the HR policy. Also, managers could keep a personal account of every individual/team member to track their progress against set parameters.
